My mother used to make this delicious sweet/spicy mustard sauce when she cooked a ham, typically around Easter. The sugar makes it sweet so it's somewhat like a honey mustard sauce.
I've forgotten this recipe a handful of times, but my brother always has it to refresh my memory.
